Katherine Fictorie of Sioux Center, Iowa brought their Costume Design from Dordt's production of And Then There Were None to the American College Theater Festival Region 5 (ACTF5) Design Expo. Fictorie is a freshman majoring in Theatre Arts with an emphasis in Acting and Directing.

ACTF5 is a full week of competitions, workshops, and performances hosted in Des Moines this year. Region 5 includes all schools from North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, and Kansas. Students from the graduate and undergraduate level compete in the Irene Ryan acting competition, the Design Expo, original playwriting, Stage Crew Showdown, and more.
