Nathan Walter leads worship on GIFT team for Dordt College.

Nathan Walter is one of 28 students leading worship on Dordt College's campus this year. Walter is a senior studying Digital Media Production. He also has minors in Kuyper Scholars Program, Music Performance, and Worship Arts. He is the leader, vocalist, and plays piano for the GIFT team.

There are five different ministries teams for Dordt College this school year. A team for Chapel (Wednesdays), GIFT (Sundays), Praise and Worship (Thursdays), and the Traveling Praise Team (performing at churches on Sunday mornings).

Each team consists of five to eight members, with one or two student leaders. Team leaders run rehearsals and make decisions about song choice and song arrangements. Teams are typically include acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass guitar, drums, piano, auxiliary, and vocals.
