Rachel De Boer receives scholarship from Dordt College

Rachel De Boer of Sioux Center, Iowa, has been awarded the Garry & Delores Zonnefeld Christian Education and the Stan & Nancy Speer Music Education scholarships from Dordt College. De Boer is a senior majoring in K-12 education and choral music education.
